Course Overview

The BSc Construction Management (including the Foundation Year) at London Metropolitan University is designed to equip students with the skills needed to manage a range of construction projects. Students will develop an understanding of how the construction industry is structured, how it operates, its significance to other sectors, the roles and responsibilities of key project team members, and how they relate to each other.

Entry Requirements for Nepalese Students

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants are expected to have 48 UCAS tariff points obtained through GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English.
  • Or GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds usually need an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each of the four components.
  • Equivalent qualifications like PTE and TOEFL are also accepted.

Cost of Study

For international students, the full-time tuition fee for the BSc Construction Management (including Foundation Year) at London Metropolitan University is £19,500 per year.
