Course Overview

The MSc Health Psychology from Edge Hill University is designed to help students improve wellbeing, promote recovery from illness, support people with disabilities, and encourage a healthier lifestyle, while gaining specialist knowledge and skills in health psychology. During the course, students will examine the role of environmental, social, cultural and economic factors in health. They will also develop an understanding of why people engage in health-damaging behaviours and how to support them to make healthier lifestyle choices.
