De Montfort University (DMU) is located in the middle of Leicester, England. It began as Leicester Polytechnic and has since grown into a modern university with many different degree programmes. The university is named after Simon de Montfort, a notable figure in English history, and has been a university since 1992.

DMU currently has around 27,000 students and more than 3,000 staff members. It has a good reputation for excellent teaching, giving students practical, hands-on experience, and building strong relationships with companies that hire its graduates. The campus is near the city centre, so students have easy access to all of Leicester's attractions while still having a peaceful place for their studies.

You will be expected to attend an interview session as part of the application process.

Grade Requirements:

You are expected to have one of the following qualifications to be eligible for this course.

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 2 or more A levels, including at least two subjects at C or above.
• T-Levels at Merit in Health. 
• BTEC National Diploma - normally in Health and Social Care or Applied Science at DMM.

English Proficiency:

• If English is not your first language, an IELTS score of 7 overall when you start the course is essential, with a 7.0 in all components except Writing, which should be at least 6.5.

The tuition fee for the 2025/26 academic year to study the BSc Adult Nursing with NMC Registration at De Montfort University is £17,250. Please note that fees are paid annually and are subject to change.
