Course Overview

The MSc Advanced Aerospace Engineering teaches students expert skills in sustainable aerospace design, flight dynamics, aerodynamics, structures and autonomous systems. Students learn hands-on experience with software such as CFD and FEA, alongside practical work in labs, simulators and industry-grade facilities like wind tunnels and UAV lab.

Students learn through lectures, tutorials, workshops and group projects and are assessed through coursework, tests, essays, exams, practical assignments, presentations and an individual project. There is also the option to add a professional placement year for practical experience.
