BA Criminology and Psychology

Course Overview

The Coventry University BA Criminology and Psychology course is designed to provide you with a proper understanding of human behaviour, the reasons for criminal acts, public reactions to crime, and the psychology of those involved. It covers both criminology and psychology, providing a foundation in the first year before allowing you to specialise in areas such as victimology, criminal justice, and crime prevention. You will also be taught how to connect the main theoretical viewpoints to contemporary problems and discussions, and practice theory.

The programme equips you with graduate-level work when it comes to employment since it aims at practical and applied skills. Your progress will be assessed through writing reports, presenting, and solving problems.
