The Heriot-Watt University BSc Statistical Data Science programme provides a complete understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of modern statistics. • The standard requirements for entry typically include A-Levels (ABC), an International Baccalaureate (28 points), or a BTEC Extended Diploma (DDD). 
• The university also accepts international qualifications that are considered equivalent to UK A-levels.

English Proficiency: 

• If an applicant's primary language is not English, evidence of English proficiency is required. The minimum requirement is an IELTS overall score of 6.5, with no component score below 6.0. 
• The university also accepts scores from other approved Secure English Language Tests (SELT).
