BA International Human Resources and Business Communication Top-Up

This programme is specifically designed for European Union and international students for whom English is not their first language. The course aims to develop expertise in international human resources and to improve English language abilities. The curriculum covers key HR concepts, including equality and inclusion in global work environments, talent development, and understanding cultural differences in business.

Grade Requirements:

• For the two-year programme, applicants need a previous higher education study. This could be a Level 4 qualification, like a suitable HNC, or 120 credits from the first year of a relevant university degree. For the one-year top-up, a Level 5 qualification is necessary. Examples include an appropriate HND, foundation degree, or Advanced Diploma, or 240 credits from the first two years of a relevant university degree.

English Proficiency:

• For the two-year course, applicants need to show that they have good English skills. They need a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 overall, with no part scoring below 5.5. For the one-year programme, a higher IELTS score of 6.0 overall is required, and no part should score below 5.5. The university also accepts scores from other English language tests, such as TOEFL and PTE.

If you are an international student starting this BA course in the academic year 2025/2026, the yearly cost for your studies will be £16,200. Please remember that this amount might slightly increase in the following academic years.
