BSc Nutrition
Course overview
The three-year BSc Nutrition degree scientifically explores the link between food, health, and chronic disease management. Students will learn how to design effective nutrition plans to combat illnesses like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Qualified nutritionists deliver the programme and have strong connections to the food and healthcare industries.
Students learn through lectures, seminars, and extensive practical sessions in the specialised food development kitchens and laboratories.
