Sheffield Hallam’s BSc (Honours) Paramedic Science with Foundation Year is a programme designed for those whose qualifications may not meet the requirements for direct entry. Entry Requirements for Indian Students

To apply, submit a personal statement explaining your interest and qualifications, a reference from an academic or employer, and a CV showcasing your relevant work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants require a minimum of 80 UCAS tariff points from at least two A-levels (or equivalent), with no specific subject requirements, as the foundation year accommodates diverse academic backgrounds.
  • Equivalent international qualifications are accepted.
  • Applicants with non-standard qualifications can apply if they have relevant work experience (e.g., in healthcare or emergency services).

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English-speaking backgrounds must achieve a minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5, with at least 6.0 in each component. Equivalent test scores, such as TOEFL or PTE, are also accepted.
