Entry Requirements

Grade Requirements: 

  • A HND or foundation degree in a relevant subject, with an overall merit profile from year two modules.
  • Equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.

English Proficiency:

  • For students whose first language is not English, proof of proficiency in English is required. To show this, you are required to have an IELTS overall score of 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each of the four areas. 
  • Those who do not meet this requirement can register for the university’s Pre-sessional English course.

Cost of Study

The tuition fee to study the BSc (Honours) Events Management (1 year Top-Up) at Sheffield Hallam University for the 2025/26 academic session is £17,155. This is, however, provisional and subject to change.

Scholarships

Sheffield Hallam University offers different scholarships to help international students pay for their studies and reward students with strong academic performance.

One of these is the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship. This scholarship is for students from some of the least developed or lower-income Commonwealth countries. It pays for return flights between your home country and the UK, university tuition fees, visa costs, and living expenses. It is for students who would not be able to study in the UK without financial help.
