BA Honours Business Management and Enterprise with Foundation Year

This programme is designed for students who want to develop skills in creating new businesses or becoming successful managers in global companies. The course starts with a foundation year to help students get ready for the degree and teaches students how to come up with new business strategies, how to be innovative, and how to find creative solutions. 

In this course, students will work with industry experts, mentors, and investors, and they will have the opportunity to launch their own businesses. The degree also has two important accreditations.

Students will learn through various methods, ensuring that they gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and some of these methods include interactive workshops, group projects, and individual study. Assessment on this course is varied, using methods like reports, presentations, and project work, allowing students to demonstrate their understanding in different ways. This approach helps students develop strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, preparing them for the challenges of the business world.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants need 64 UCAS points, including at least 32 points from one A level, a BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, a BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or the International Baccalaureate. 
• Equivalent international qualifications to A-Levels are also accepted.

English Proficiency: 

• International students need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), or an equivalent English language qualification such as PTE or TOEFL.

The fee for International students studying the BA Business Management and Enterprise with Foundation Year programme is £17,155.

Sheffield Hallam University provides various financial support options for students at all study levels, including those beginning their first degree, those pursuing higher qualifications, and international students. This help is set aside for particular groups, such as young people leaving local authority care, individuals studying nursing or related health professions, and skilled student athletes.

There is also funding available to help fine art students attend arts events, and reduced fees for international students who have achieved good academic results.
