Business Management and Marketing with Foundation Year

The Business Management and Marketing with Foundation Year programme at Sheffield Hallam University teaches modern ways of running a business and marketing products. The course begins with a foundation year to build essential academic skills and prepare students for university-level study. 

Following this, the degree part of the course helps students learn what makes well-known brands successful and how businesses operate in the real world. Students learn to use information about customers and markets to create effective business and marketing plans.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants need 64 UCAS points, which can come from at least 32 points from one A level, or similar qualifications like a BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, a BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or the International Baccalaureate. 
• The university also accepts equivalent qualifications from other countries.

English Proficiency: 

• If English is not your primary language, you'll need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with at least 5.5 in each part (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). 
• The university also accepts other English language tests, such as PTE or TOEFL.

For 2025/26 international students studying the Business Management and Marketing with Foundation Year programme, the fee is £17,155.
