BSc (Hons) History and English is a joint honors degree that takes students through a combination of historical analysis and literary studies. Basically, this course digs into historical events and their influence on literature.
In the History part of the course, you'll analyse historical documents, historical periods and learn to analyse primary sources, and also develop research skills. In the English Literature aspect, you’ll study literature from different eras, genres and cultures. This course will help you understand literary movements in their historical contexts.
