Course Overview

This course helps you understand how to manage people and why employees are important in a business. It is approved by the CIPD, which means you can get a head start in your HR career. You will learn how to create fair and lasting ways to hire, train, support, and improve staff performance.

The course has a foundation year if you don't meet the usual entry rules. After that, you will do a placement year to get real work experience. The school year has two 15-week terms with classes, study time, and tests.
