BA International Human Resources and Business Communication Top-Up
Course overview
This programme is specifically designed for European Union and international students for whom English is not their first language. The course aims to develop expertise in international human resources and to improve English language abilities. The curriculum covers key HR concepts, including equality and inclusion in global work environments, talent development, and understanding cultural differences in business.
Students will also enhance their skills in conversational English, formal English, and English for business purposes. The programme can be completed in either one year or two years, depending on the student's previous qualifications and level of English proficiency.
The methods of learning and assessment include a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops, and practical exercises. Students are assessed through coursework, presentations, and examinations. These assessments are designed to evaluate both the understanding of theory and the practical application of skills.
