Course Overview

The University of Greenwich MSc Construction Management and Economics course prepares students for leadership positions within the construction and property sectors.   • Applicants need an undergraduate honours degree at 2:2 or above in a Built Environment subject, such as Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying, or Architecture. 
  • Individuals without a degree but with relevant professional experience or membership in an appropriate professional body may also be considered.

English Proficiency: 

  • For this course, applicants who are from non-English speaking backgrounds are expected to have an IELTS overall score of 6.5 and a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent test scores like PTE and TOEFL.
