BSc Business Management Human Resource Management

Course Overview

The BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) course at Staffordshire University teaches students how to manage people in a business to help the company succeed.

This course has a leadership and management qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in addition to the university degree you receive. Topics such as employee voice and representation, managing and developing people, and performance and reward management are key concepts taught on this course.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to submit a statement stating their reasons for applying for the BSc Business Management (Human Resource Management) at Staffordshire University and other relevant information needed for their studies, also a reference from their employer or educator is needed. Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants need 112-120 UCAS points typically by having qualifications such as A Levels, BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or International Baccalaureate. 
  • A-level equivalent international qualifications are also accepted.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need to score 6.0 overall in IELTS, with a minimum score of 5.5
  • Applicants can submit equivalent English test scores, like PTE and TOEFL.

Cost of Study

For international students, the annual tuition fee for undergraduate courses at Staffordshire University is £16,750.

Scholarships

Staffordshire University offers students several scholarships to help them with their studies. One such scholarship is the SMART Scholarship, which is available for international students. This scholarship provides a £3,000 discount, which is applied annually to tuition fees (excluding placement years).
