Overview

Entry Requirements

English Proficiency:
- Students whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate proficiency in English. To achieve this, they must have an IELTS score of 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each of the components.
- Those who do not meet this requirement can consider a Pre-sessional English course organised by the university.
Cost of Study
For the 2025/26 academic year, the tuition fee to study an MSc International Event Management at Sheffield Hallam University is £17,725.
Scholarships
Sheffield Hallam University offers different scholarships to help international students pay for their studies and to reward those with strong academic results.
One of these is the GREAT Scholarship. This scholarship is offered in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign. It gives £10,000 to five students from Ghana, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Pakistan.
The scholarship is for full-time postgraduate taught courses starting in September 2025. To apply, students must have very good academic results and meet the English language and course entry requirements.
