Course Overview

Students on the Sheffield Hallam University MSc Automation, Control, and Robotics course improve their critical technical and problem-solving skills in various fields of engineering, such as control theory, industrial automation, systems analysis, design and simulation, and robotics. Entry Requirements for Bangladeshi Students

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement and an academic and/or employer reference. Students also have the option to upload their CV along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants from the UK typically need an honours degree with a 2.2 classification or higher in a science or engineering subject.
  • A different degree may be acceptable if the applicant has at least one year of relevant professional experience.
  • Suitable professional qualifications in engineering may also be considered.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in all skills. The university also accepts other equivalent English language test scores, like PTE.
