Course overview
The Foundation Year in Business at Middlesex University acts as a stepping stone for students who want to pursue a full business degree but may not yet have the required qualifications or feel fully prepared for degree-level study. Entry requirements
Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVs along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.
Grade Requirements:
- Applicants are required to have A Levels (DEE), BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, T Levels, or International Baccalaureate.
- A-level equivalent international qualifications are also accepted.
English Proficiency:
- If English is not your first language, you will generally need an IELTS Academic score of 6.5 overall, with no score lower than 5.5 in any section.
- The university also accepts other official English language qualifications, such as PTE and TOEFL.
