Course overview

The Kingston University MEng Civil Engineering course is created to help provide future engineers with the knowledge and skills they need to design, construct, and shape the built environment. The course looks at global issues such as climate change and changes in the industry due to technology.

The course starts with engineering basics, making sure that students understand major principles before moving into specific civil engineering areas.

In this course, students take part in different learning activities, including lectures, group discussions, tutorials, practical lab work, field trips, and design classes.
