Entry Requirements for Bangladeshi Students

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants need at least a second-class undergraduate honours degree (or non-UK equivalent) in a relevant subject. Suitable degrees include Mechanical, Aeronautical, Materials, Biomedical, and Automotive Engineering, as well as Physics.
  • The degree must include a minimum of three mathematics modules and three physics or engineering modules, each with a grade of 50% or above.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking countries need to provide evidence of English language ability. This requires a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no section below 5.5, or submission of equivalent test scores.

Cost of Study

For the 2025/2026 academic year, the tuition fee for international students is £28,056 and part-time £14,028.
