Entry Requirements

Grade Requirements

  • International students need 104-120 UCAS points or equivalent, and grades BBC in A Levels.
  • An Access to He Diploma is also considered by GCU.
  • An International Baccalaureate of 28 points.
  • A Pass in Foundation Apprenticeship (SCQF Level 6).
  • Grades DMM in BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma, ABB in Scottish Highers, and Merit in relevant subjects at T Level are also accepted.

English Proficiency

  • If you take the IELTS Academic test, you need an overall score of 6.0, with no component (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) below 5.5.

Cost of Study

International students starting the BA International Business at the Glasgow Caledonian University in the 2025/26 academic year will pay £15,200 annually.

Scholarships

Glasgow Caledonian University has scholarships available, including the New to GCU Undergraduate Scholarship, which offers £2,500 off tuition fees for international students each year.
