Course Overview

The Nottingham Trent University BA Marketing course helps you gain a full understanding of marketing that applies to many different industries. The programme really focuses on hands-on experience, linking up with Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications, and helping you grow professionally. 

You will study core subjects like Fundamentals of Marketing, The Marketing Environment, and Business Analytics, then move on to Buyer Behaviour, Research for Marketing, and Strategic Brand Management.

Entry Requirements

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVs along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants typically need between 112 and 120 UCAS tariff points. This can be achieved from various qualifications, including A Levels, BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or International Baccalaureate. 
  • Other A-level equivalent international qualifications are also accepted.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants whose first language is not English are required to have an IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. 
  • The university also accepts other recognised English language qualifications such as TOEFL and PTE.

Cost of Study
