MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management

Course Overview

The MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University is a one-year, full-time programme that advances students’ knowledge of how to create and manage new business ideas, as well as understand the challenges of starting new ventures. The course is organised over two semesters, with the final project completed in a third semester. 

The programme includes six modules, each worth 20 credits, covering subjects like Innovation Management, Marketing Intelligence, and International Business Strategies. After completing these modules, students work on a 60-credit dissertation or an Enterprise & Innovation Project. Additionally, students are assessed through business reports, case studies, business plans, oral presentations, and essays.

Entry Requirements

  • Applicants with at least 3 years of relevant work experience will be considered.

Grade Requirements:

  • Candidates should have an undergraduate degree with at least a 2:2 grade or equivalent qualification from a recognised university. 

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants who do not speak English as their first language need an IELTS score of at least 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill section.

Cost of Study

For the academic year 2025/26, international students interested in the MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management programme at Cardiff Metropolitan University should expect a tuition fee of £17,600. Keep in mind that this fee might change from year to year.

Scholarships

At Cardiff Metropolitan University, international students have access to various scholarships to help with their studies.
