BSc Dental Technology

The BSc Dental Technology (with Foundation Year) degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University runs for a period of four years, beginning with a foundation year designed to strengthen students’ academic knowledge, skills, and confidence before progressing to the main programme. Grade Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 56 UCAS points from A-levels, BTEC, International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, or an equivalent qualification. They must also be employed as a trainee in a dental laboratory.
• Relevant work experience may be considered for applicants who do not fully meet the academic entry requirements.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants must achieve an overall IELTS Academic score of 6.0, with no component below 5.5.
• Equivalent English language qualifications, such as PTE Academic or TOEFL iBT, are also accepted.

The tuition fee for the BSc Dental Technology (with Foundation Year) at Cardiff Metropolitan University is £16,000 per year for international students. Fees are subject to change annually.
