MEng Mechanical Engineering with International Study
Course overview
The MEng Mechanical Engineering with International Study at the University of Strathclyde is a five-year programme where students are equipped with advanced engineering education with a global point of view. It is a fantastic way to have a comprehensive training with an educational year abroad.
You will also get plenty of hands-on experience. The university is known for using cutting-edge facilities as a way of educating its students, like the Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory, where you will work with industry-standard tools within a professional setting. Learning is a mixture of lectures, tutorials, and practical labs to prepare you for real-world engineering challenges.
One more interesting part of this programme is the international study component, which you will complete in your fourth year. You will spend an entire year at one of Strathclyde's partner universities in Europe, Asia, or beyond, fully getting yourself deeper in a new academic and cultural environment. This experience goes far beyond the classroom; it is structured to set you up for a successful career.
