Course overview

The MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology course at the University of Essex is officially recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as part of the training needed to become a chartered Sport or Exercise Psychologist. This area of study is growing, and the course teaches you how to use psychology to help people stay on track with their exercise, help athletes reach their best performance, and generally achieve greater success in their sport.
