MSc Research Methods in Psychology
Course overview
The MSc in Research Methods in Psychology at Swansea University offers specialist training in the design, execution, and evaluation of psychological research. It equips students to conduct both basic and applied studies in human behaviour. Students will learn to use research tools such as databases, statistical software, and computer programmes, and develop robust practical research skills applicable in many settings.
Alongside practical methods, the programme covers the theoretical, historical, and philosophical underpinnings of behavioural science and supports students through a major research project.
