MSc Psychology Conversion
Course overview
The MSc Psychology (Conversion) is an accredited programme for graduates whose first degree is not in Psychology, but who wish to pursue a career in the field. The course provides a comprehensive grounding in all core areas of psychology, including Cognitive, Social, Developmental, and Biological Psychology, alongside essential research methods.
This one-year full-time or two-year part-time course allows successful students to gain the Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (BPS). Students engage in a unique "masterclass" approach and complete an original, supervised research project (dissertation) in a contemporary field of psychology.
