BSc Psychology with Foundation year
Course overview
The BSc Psychology with Foundation year offered at London South Bank University is a four-year course that allows students who require a firm foundation in the fundamentals of their course to be in a position to take the full programme. Year one is about establishing a firm foundation in academic and science-related subjects so that students can be fully prepared to deal with the years that follow in the psychology degree. It will help to build critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
This program has the British Psychological Society accreditation. The curriculum will be taught using a holistic approach that would include the following topics: biological, cognitive, individual differences, developmental and social psychology. The first year also helps students transition smoothly into the degree-level studies.
