Entry requirements
- HNC / HND: B — Candidates from a Built Environment programme with a minimum B in the graded unit Year 3 entry Standard entry requireme; Building Surveying with a minimum C grade in Year 1 and minimum B grade in Year 2

Early Payment Discount
This award entitles fee-paying students to a discount of 5% if fees are over £5,000 and the fees are paid in full prior to the first teaching date of the course.
