MSc Business Management

The MSc Business & Management at the University of Strathclyde enables students, through a combination of classes, to develop managerial skills in the major functional areas of most organisations. They will explore how to build a business and how businesses respond to changes in the global market to achieve success.

This master's programme also helps students identify and develop a plan to enhance the key strengths and skills that will mark them out in their management career. Students can choose from a range of elective classes, and the final project or dissertation offers a wide selection of options that allow them to customise their learning towards their career direction or development needs.

Interested candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. An academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CV along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

• Applicants need at least a lower second-class (2:2) UK honours undergraduate degree, or an international equivalent in a non-business-related subject.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds usually need an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each of the four components.
• Alternatively, equivalent qualifications like PTE and TOEFL are also accepted.

The annual tuition fee for international students on the MSc Business & Management at the University of Strathclyde is £31,100.
