MSc Advanced Drug Delivery

The University of Strathclyde MSc Advanced Drug Delivery is a course aimed at graduates who want to acquire the practical knowledge of the design and development of drug delivery systems, which will equip them with specialist research skills and training. The students will learn about the biology of certain drug targets, the development of drug dosage systems and specialist research.

Another important component of the course is a 10-week research project supervised by top researchers. The curriculum covers the key skills, pharmaceutical formulation, chemical analysis, project management, and advanced drug delivery and novel therapeutics.

Candidates need to submit a personal statement and a relevant academic and/or employer reference. They also have the option to upload their CV to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

• Applicants are required to have a minimum second-class (2:2) honours degree, or its international equivalent, in a biological or chemical discipline.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, with no component below 5.5 or an equivalent score.

The annual tuition fee for international students on the MSc Advanced Drug Delivery at the University of Strathclyde is £31,250.
