For example, the Student Advice & Support Centre is your go-to place for any queries, whether they are about your studies, personal life, or anything else you might need help with. There is also the Academic Community Excellence Team, which helps students access learning materials, develop research skills, learn academic writing and computing. Additionally, students can access counselling and mental health services by booking appointments or simply studying available handy guides.

For students who wish to study at the Newcastle Campus, the city has a lot to offer, including places to visit like the Whiteley Bay Beach, the Northumberland National Park, and the Living Museum Of The North. There are also coffee shops, bars, markets, and diners located all around the city. At the London Campus, there are coffee shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and a student hub where students from other universities nearby come to study or socialise.

While QA Northumbria does not provide accommodations to its students, they do offer assistance in finding suitable living spaces outside of whichever campus you choose to study at. Students can also reach out to AHZ's accommodation service to help them find living arrangements.
