- Undergraduate (UCAS) Submissions: All first-degree applications are typically sent through the central UCAS system with the help of an AHZ counsellor.

- Securing Your Seat: You must pay a tuition deposit to hold your place and should attend our Nepal university spot assessments.
- Requesting your CAS: Once your deposit is settled, the school will issue your electronic CAS number required for your visa application.

What are the UK student visa and financial requirements?
April – May 2026
Visa & Finance
- The 28-Day Rule: You must show that your required funds have remained in an approved bank account for at least 28 days straight.
- Medical Requirements: It is necessary to book your mandatory TB test at the IOM in Kathmandu well before your visa appointment.
- Visa Submission: Once your finances and medical checks are ready, you can officially submit your Student Visa application to the Home Office.
