MBA Master of Business Administration

Course Overview

The MBA Master of Business Administration programme at the University of South Wales helps students become effective leaders in today’s business world. It focuses on important areas like leadership, management theories, financial management, project management, and marketing. Students learn how to improve businesses by applying new research and practices.

The programme is flexible, allowing students to choose between a one-year full-time course or a two-year part-time course, starting in either September or February. It is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and students can earn a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, which increases their job prospects. Entry Requirements

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants need to have at least a second-class honours degree from a UK university or an equivalent international qualification.

English Proficiency:

  • International candidates who are non-native English speakers should have an IELTS score of 6.0, with at least 5.5 in each element. They can also use similar scores from TOEFL as an alternative.

Cost of Study

The tuition fee for international students in the University of South Wales MBA Master of Business Administration programme for the 2025/26 academic year is £16,900. Keep in mind that this fee might change annually.

Scholarships

The University of South Wales offers different scholarships to help international students with their tuition and living costs. One option is the Chancellor's International Development Scholarships. These scholarships provide £2,500 to students from specific countries for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Another option is the International Office Scholarships. This scholarship gives up to £1,500 to undergraduate students and up to £2,000 to those studying for a master’s degree. Additionally, international students who have completed a top-up degree at USW can receive a Progression Fee Discount of £6,000 when they move on to a master’s programme.
