BSc Quantity Surveying

Course Overview

The BSc Quantity Surveying at the University of Salford is designed to enable students to understand the role of quantity surveyors and examine construction law and commercial practices that affect the use, management and development of land.

Entry Requirements for Pakistani Students

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVs along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants are expected to have 104 UCAS tariff points from qualifications equivalent to A-levels. Other accepted qualifications include the TEC National Diploma, International Baccalaureate and T Levels.

English Proficiency:

  • If English is not your first language, you need an IELTS score of 6.0 with no score lower than 5.5 in any section. 
  • The university also accepts other test scores, like PTE and TOEFL.

Cost of Study

The tuition fee for international students taking the BSc Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford is £17,650 per year for the 2025/26 academic year.
