BSc Physiotherapy

University of Hull

Course overview

This BSc Physiotherapy three-year, full-time university course trains students to become qualified physiotherapists who can help people after they've had an injury, illness, or have a disability. The course is completely approved by key professional groups, the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). The degree was set up because there is currently a real need for more physiotherapists in the local area.

Learning is highly practical and takes place in modern facilities, including clinical skills rooms and teaching suites. A central part of the course is gaining 1,000 hours of clinical placement experience, which gives students real-world skills. Modules cover essential areas such as Anatomy, Neurological Physiotherapy, and Acute and Community Rehabilitation.
