BSc Human Resource Management

This innovative course is designed for those interested in effective people management. It examines the key issues around production and the role of human resources in helping an organisation achieve a competitive advantage. You will explore HR functions such as hiring, compensation, performance, safety, wellness, benefits, motivation and training.

You will learn from expert tutors and carry out practical projects that emulate working as a professional manager. The course offers an optional year's paid work placement in an HRM role to develop your practical experience. In your final year, you'll study strategic HRM, examining real firms to solve people problems, and complete an independent research project.

• Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need an overall IELTS score of 6.0, with no less than 5.5 in each part. 
• You can submit equivalent English test scores, such as PTE and TOEFL.
