BA Honours Business

The BA (Honours) in Business is designed to equip students with the essential business skills required to excel in leadership roles within innovative and rapidly evolving organisations. The course covers main business topics such as planning how a business will grow, guiding teams, running daily operations, and understanding how a business earns money. Students also gain real-world experience in companies, participate in real-world business change and consultancy projects, and use online materials for study. The main way students are tested on what they have learned is through coursework, which allows for a full assessment of their knowledge and abilities.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants usually need between 112 and 120 UCAS points, including A Levels, BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or International Baccalaureate. 
• A-level equivalent international qualifications are also accepted.

English Proficiency: 

• Students from countries where English is not the main language need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall. They also need at least 5.5 in each part of the test. 
• Other similar test results, like PTE and TOEFL, are also accepted by the university.

The annual tuition fee for the BA (Honours) Business programme at Sheffield Hallam University for the 2025/26 academic year is £17,155.
