MSc Construction Management

Course Overview

The MSc Construction Management at Nottingham Trent University is aimed at both professionals and graduates seeking to pursue a career in construction project management. It helps students develop a foundation in construction management fundamentals and guides them through the processes and dynamics of live project work. They will explore how management sits at the heart of construction operations, from planning, contract administration, and health and safety, through to cost and quality control, with a focus on the contractor’s perspective

Entry Requirements for Pakistani Students

Candidates can be accepted if they are corporate members of an approved construction-related professional body and have experience working at a managerial level. Another route is to hold a recognised construction-related qualification with appropriate management experience in the sector.

Grade Requirements:

  • International applicants will need a second-class undergraduate degree (2:2) or equivalent in a construction-related subject, such as construction management, civil engineering, building surveying, quantity surveying, or a related field.

English Language requirements:

  • Applicants from non-English-speaking backgrounds must meet English-language requirements. For example, an IELTS overall score of 6.5 is often required (with a minimum of 5.5 in each section) or an equivalent approved test.

Cost of Study

The tuition fee for international students at the MSc Construction Management in Nottingham Trent University is  £18,300 for the first year of full-time study. This fee may be subject to annual review.
