To apply for a master’s course at Nottingham Trent University, you must meet the following requirements:

• You need to provide one academic reference (from a teacher or lecturer who knows your work well).
• Through a personal statement, you need to show that you are committed to the subject you want to study. You should also explain how the course will help you in your future career.

Grade Requirements: 

• One-year Masters: You must have a degree that is equal to a UK undergraduate honours degree with a 2.2 grade or higher.
• Two-year Masters (with placement): You must have a degree that is equal to a UK undergraduate honours degree with a 2.1 grade or higher.

English Proficiency: 

You must meet these English language scores from a recognised test like IELTS:

• One-year Masters: Overall score of 6.5, with at least 5.5 in each part (listening, reading, writing, speaking).
• Two-year Masters: Overall score of 6.5, with at least 6.0 in speaking and listening, and 5.5 in reading and writing.

For the 2025/26 academic year, the tuition fee to study the full-time MSc Management at Nottingham Trent University is £21,400. For the full-time course with a placement year, it is £21,400 + £1,850.

NTU has several scholarships to help international students who want to study for a bachelor’s or master’s degree. One example is the NTU International Scholarship. This is for new international students who have received an offer to study a full-time postgraduate course at NTU.

The scholarship gives between £2,000 and 50% off the tuition fees. To apply, you must fill out and send an application form.
