MA Global Human Resource Management

Course Overview

This Master's programme in Global Human Resource Management provides a comprehensive review of human resource practices and theories worldwide. The course covers the problems of managing people across different cultures, promoting employee engagement, strategic talent management, and employment law.

Entry Requirements

Grade Requirement:

  • Applicants typically need at least a lower second-class (2:2) undergraduate degree in fields such as business, economics, finance, marketing, or management. 
  • Alternatively, a different degree may be considered by the university if the student has sufficient relevant work experience.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds are generally required to have an overall score of 6.5 in IELTS, with a minimum of 5.5 in each section. 
  • The university also accepts equivalent English Test scores like PTE and TOEFL.
