BSc Sports Therapy
Course overview
The BSc Sports Therapy at Edge Hill University is a three-year undergraduate course that teaches students how to help people recover from injuries, prevent them from happening, and improve movement. The course also prepares students to work with athletes, teams, and others in health and fitness. The Sports Therapy degree at Edge Hill University gives you the skills to work in injury treatment, fitness, and rehab. You’ll learn how to treat sports injuries, help people move better, and use therapy tools to help with recovery.
Teaching comes through lectures, lab work, group tasks, and practical sessions. You will practice on real people during placements. There are no final exams; instead, you are tested through coursework, reports, hands-on tasks, and written work. You’ll also do presentations and build a portfolio that shows your learning and growth. Students also get to attend events and workshops led by experts, which help them grow even more outside the classroom.
