Course Overview

The BSc Applied Computing at De Montfort University is a three-year programme that equips students with essential technical and practical abilities across various computing fields. This field includes computer technology, database and internet design, programming, and agile project management.

Entry Requirements for Pakistani Students

Interested candidates are to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information about their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVs along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements: 

  • Candidates typically need 112 UCAS points achieved through A-levels at DMM, a BTEC Extended Diploma, an overall Merit in a T Level, or an International Baccalaureate.
  • International qualifications equivalent to A-levels are also accepted

English Proficiency: 

  • Candidates from non-English speaking backgrounds need an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each section. 
  • Equivalent test scores may also be accepted.

Cost of Study

Interested international students will pay an annual tuition fee of £16,750 to study the BSc Applied Computing at De Montfort University.
