BSc Information Technology Management

Course Overview

This four-year BSc programme starts with a foundation year at CU Coventry campus, which provides students with a solid grounding in digital technology, covering key concepts such as software engineering, data storage, network operations, and design. After completing the foundation year, students then move to the main Coventry University campus for the remaining three years of the degree, where they build on the knowledge and skills gained in the first year.

As students progress to the degree, the course prepares them for roles in designing, delivering, and managing IT systems in a business setting, covering topics such as programming, data science, web development, business intelligence, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in a management context. Students learn through activity-led approaches and are assessed through a combination of coursework, phase tests, presentations, and reports.
