The London School of Economics and Political Science is a public university and part of the University of London. It was founded in 1895 and is based in Greater London, England, so students can combine their studies with life in the UK's capital city. Today the School has 9,218 students, a community that brings together people from many different backgrounds.

For international students thinking about how to fund their time in the UK, scholarships are available and are worth looking into early when planning an application. With well over a century of history, the School offers an established setting for anyone hoping to study in London.
