The BSc Business Economics and Data Analytics with Foundation Year at the University of Surrey is designed for students who may not initially meet the standard entry requirements for the main honours degree. This integrated programme includes an additional foundation year specifically to help students develop the essential skills needed for university-level study.

Entry requirements

A reference from an academic institution or an employer is also required. Applicants have the option to include CVs with their application to demonstrate any relevant work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Candidates need to present A Levels with grades of CCC, BTEC, T Levels, or the International Baccalaureate.
  •  Other international qualifications equivalent to A-level are also considered.

English Language Proficiency:

  • If English is not your primary language, you will need to have an IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in the Writing section and 5.5 in all other sections. 
  • Other recognised English language tests, such as TOEFL and PTE, are also accepted.
