Course overview
The PgCert/PgDip in Human Resource Management are designed to give you the essential knowledge and skills in people management and learning and development. These qualifications also provide a route to professional membership of the CIPD. You'll focus on developing problem-solving skills and applying theory to real-world business challenges.
This includes visits to UK companies and learning from guest speakers who share their practical HR experience. Our HR practitioners work closely with academic staff to deliver events and workshops, helping you prepare to join the professional HR community. The networks you build during your studies will be invaluable as you graduate and progress into a senior career in human resource management.
