BSc Biomedical Science with Foundation Year

Course Overview

The BSc Biomedical Science programme focuses on understanding human health and disease through a multidisciplinary scientific approach. Students study the body’s systems at the molecular, cellular, organ, and systemic levels, gaining insight into how diseases develop and how they can be prevented or treated.

The programme covers core subjects such as biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, physiology, and haematology — taught by an international team of academics actively involved in research. Grade Requirements

  • 112 UCAS tariff points, including A-levels, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications in Biology or another science-related subject.
  • Other international qualifications equivalent to A-levels are also accepted.
  • GCSE English and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above.

English Proficiency

  • IELTS: Overall score of 6.0, with no component below 5.5.
  • PTE Academic and TOEFL iBT are also accepted.

Cost of Study
